Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect
We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, phone, address), information about your children (age, health notes), payment data processed by our secure partners, and app usage data to improve our services.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to provide and personalize our services, match you with suitable caregivers, process payments, send service notifications, and improve the Night Night Method experience. We process this data based on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in improving the service, as applicable to each purpose.
3. Children's data
We treat all information related to children with the highest level of care. Children's data — including health notes, which is treated as sensitive personal data — is only collected and processed with the specific and highlighted consent of at least one parent or legal guardian, obtained separately from our general terms of use. Children's data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is only used to facilitate caregiver matching and sleep support. We retain children's data only for as long as necessary for these purposes, or until a parent or guardian requests its deletion.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with caregivers you choose to hire, payment processors, and service providers necessary to operate the platform — all bound by confidentiality agreements. Some of these service providers (such as our payment and subscription partners) may process data outside Brazil; in these cases, we ensure the transfer meets the safeguards required by Brazilian data protection law.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data, information about who we share it with, or revocation of your consent, at any time by contacting nightnight@nightnightapp.com or through the Delete account option in your profile. This same contact serves as our data protection officer channel.
