Night Night is intended for parents and legal guardians seeking childcare and sleep support services. You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use our services.

2. Caregiver relationships

Night Night acts as a marketplace connecting families with independent caregivers. We are not the employer of any caregiver listed on the platform. You are responsible for verifying that any caregiver meets your family's specific needs.

3. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Night Coins are non-transferable and have no cash value. Refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours and subject to our cancellation policy.

4. Account termination

Night Night reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent use, misrepresentation, or abusive behavior toward caregivers or platform staff.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Night Night is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions or caregiver conduct.
